Tips for preparing poster materials

 Bright red indicates the highest concentration and green indicates the lowest concentration. Six types of posters were randomly selected for the study.

From the logos above, the first two logos are the most concentrated, starting from the left corner. From the 3rd logo, the frequency and focus are reduced.

Tip: It's a good idea to place your logo in the first 2-3 places on the left.

The strongest concentration is on the woman in the centre of the picture, from which the following two types of conclusions can be drawn.

Bright colors on a light gray background attract strong attention

Focus on the center of the image. Tip: When preparing a poster, pay close attention to the color scheme between the background color and the most important message to be delivered.

Looking at the faces of the subjects in the picture, it was observed that people looked at the picture marked in orange in sequential order.

The most frequently watched and longer-watched actors are Suvdaa, Galt, Valyaa, Yalat, and Tulgat (using the character's name).

 

Poster of presidential election

Due to the minimum and focused text used in the Mongolian presidential election, respondents focused on the main message. These include:

  • Mongolia will win
  •  Last name
  •  Democratic Party logo

 

Lingerie promotional poster

 

At first, the participants were asked to review the promotional materials, and then, they were asked to evaluate the promotional materials to find out their reasons for those evaluations.

The introductory task focused on the model's face, while the evaluation task focused on the main product.

Tip: Promotional material is more effective if it somehow leads to consumer engagement.

The first 3-4 messages of this ad are the main focus.

Tip: For sequential information, it's best to put the most important information in the top three.
