Training features

The training organized by Axiom Inc. LLC follows this process

01Research phase

Research-based training programs are developed to identify training needs, the key knowledge you want to convey to participants, and organize the right training to solve the problems facing the organization.

02. Preparatory work

The curriculum is developed using interactive teaching methods; we develop creative exercises related to the training, programs that meet the needs of the client organization, and equip the training classroom to create an environment related to the topic.

03. Training

Full-time or 8-hour training with a maximum of 20 participants. A training session is facilitated by 3 or more teachers, and training assistants

04Collaboration

After each training, a satisfaction survey is conducted with participants and a training evaluation is developed. In the middle of the program, the training is organized so that members of the management team work together to solve the problems faced by the client organization within the scope of the training and reach a common understanding.

05. Comprehensive report

Illustrative reports, including training process and satisfaction assessment, are prepared after each training and reported to the client organization.
